LNL TV Episode #10: Why would anyone want to ‘like’ a REALTOR Facebook Page?
Have you ever wondered this?
Has it held you back from using Facebook for your real estate business?
I answer this question in today’s episode.
Why is it that some people make the leap from “the real world” to the “online social world” so easily and others struggle with it?
It’s because we see ourselves as one-dimensional and we see our clients as one-dimensional.
Start seeing yourself as a holistic service provider. You don’t simply “sell houses.”
Here’s more…
You can turn your Facebook business page into a lead generating machine, and it all starts with how you have your page setup. Click here to get a FREE copy of The Facebook Page Setup Checklist for Real Estate Agents.

Great video with presence & energy!
But what about adding a rotolight to bump it up a notch, Christina…?

You crack me up Rudolf 😀
Rochelle says
Thanks for the great video! You mentioned there’s a way to remove people who aren’t potential Buyers from a Facebook page. Is this possible on a Business Fan Page? Could you please advise how to do this?
Christina Ethridge says
Rochelle – A Facebook Page and a Business Fan Page are the same thing. If you head over to our YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCt3hRRxwtHbHN93pPQDgvSQ/feed?view_as=public I’ve got a “How-To” video on removing page likes.
Dave says
Great video. How do you convert a “like” into a lead and email address? Do you private message a new “like” to engage with the new contact and try to acquire more information?
Christina Ethridge says
You convert a like by running targeted ads to them… funneling them with an ethical bribe to a landing page that then they put in their email and name and that emails them the ethical bribe.
Hugh Franklin says
I enjoyed your video. It makes me think of the several groups that I would like to target, people who want to sell their house versus out of town people who want to buy a house in your town. So my question is if you target multiple groups of customers, can you have multiple Facebook business pages, one for each group?
Christina Ethridge says
Hugh – You wouldn’t have multiple FB pages, you would simply have one page and run multiple ads to the various target groups.
Holly says
I clicked the link for the Free Checklist but it said the page was not found.
Christina Ethridge says
Hi Holly – the link is working now. Thanks!
