    Hello Christina,
    I am a successful REALTOR of 9 years and not sure if Facebook is that successful for REALTORS in my market. I never hear of anyone talking about their business growing from Facebook. BUT…. I do hear about it from larger markets and wonder if I am missing out on having an edge by having a Facebook page for my business. How many sessions do I have to have with you in order to understand if it will work for me? Will I know with in the first coaching session with you that I will be able to create a facebook page with the little experience I have with it so far?

      Hi Julie Anne –

      I’m emailing my response to your questions on my website.

      In reality, the reason you don’t hear about agents growing their business from Facebook is because they don’t understand how it works and how to make it work for their business. What you are missing out on is a solid funnel of leads – when you setup your personal profile & business page to generate leads, utilize lead capture portals and implement a solid Facebook ad strategy, it’s amazingly easy and QUICK to get GOOD leads. In regards to coaching, I have agents who hired me to help them do specific tasks right then, during the session & others hire me to do more coach/consult with advice on what to use and how to implement and then they go implement outside of coaching sessions.

      Also, you connected with me at an opportune time for you. I’m raising my consulting rates on Sunday the 28th and this week, I’m offering a 3 session coaching package for $351 with a bonus of 30 days free access to Facebook Domination Secret (and you’ll be blown away by the power & help in the FDS group – it’s AMAZING.)
