About Chuck & Christina
LeadsAndLeverage.com was founded by Chuck & Christina Ethridge. Maybe you’ve heard of us. Most likely you haven’t. For about 25 years, Christina has been directly involved in real estate marketing, starting in 1995 she made the jump to online with one of the first ever individual real estate agent websites (definitely the first real estate website in Idaho). In a time when Amazon was still an infant and the big real estate brokerages were still deciding whether or not to have a website, Christina’s real estate website was already bringing in closed business.
Over the years, as new technologies emerged, Christina was right there, assessing, experimenting, implementing. From websites, to email marketing to blogs to Facebook to Foursquare. She was there, seeking to know if each technology would work within their framework of their real estate business.
Chuck became involved in real estate in 2006 and immediately enjoyed working with clients. His tenacity and focus on the details is the foundation from which he is able to “get things done” for his clients. For about 7 years, together they led a results focused, satisfaction gauged, top producing real estate team in North Idaho.
In 2012, after 2 years of business coaching (which was the best possible thing they’ve ever done for their business) and building their business into a money making mecca… Chuck and Christina took a different path. They realized their ultimate dream was to travel, full-time, with their family. With only a few remaining years with their kids (and missing out on the first 10 years due to adoption) and before they headed off to college and their “own lives”, Chuck & Christina were able to grab this opportunity by the horns. They assessed what they absolutely loved about their real estate business, what was the most successful, and made a bold and daring move… in 2013 they launched LeadsAndLeverage.com.
They’ve taken their highly successful online elements and have transitioned them into LeadsAndLeverage.com. Knowing full well where a real estate agent needs help, knowing full well that the focus of a real estate agents business is getting quality leads and knowing full well that hiring leverage is not an easy task, Chuck and Christina have created LeadsAndLeverage.com in order to bridge the gap between the reality of working on your real estate business and the essential need to be constantly lead generating and training leverage. They are seeking to meet the needs of young real estate teams to multiply their time and efforts in building their businesses.
